Pay: $15.92 - $25.00 per hour based on load earnings

Total Warehouse Solutions is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Lumpers, Unloaders, and Loaders . In this role, you'll be responsible for safely loading, unloading, sorting, and staging products while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. Every day brings a new challenge, and your efforts directly contribute to our success.

What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
✔ Basic math skills
✔ Previous pallet jack experience preferred
✔ Willingness to be trained and OSHA-certified on motorized equipment
✔ Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds
✔ Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and noise
✔ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
✔ Availability to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime when needed
