Top NY Law Firm hiring Event Assistant/Coordinator Responsibilities Assist with the project management of events including site selection, menu selection, design of invitation, RSVPs, list management, onsite staffing, transportation and follow-up. Collaborate with vendors, team members and key stakeholders on the planning of Firm events. Communicate event timelines, scheduling and logistics with key stakeholders. In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining Firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the Firm’s information security policies, protecting Firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management. Qualifications 3 years of event planning experience . Required Skills Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of NY Venues and Vendors preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Energetic, detailed person with a professional service-oriented demeanor. Ability to work effectively with lawyers, staff and vendors at all professional levels to implement successful events.
